I/O Overview
Here is a picture of the pic microcontroller circuit we are using to poll the LED circuit that tracks the mouse movement. A more permenant non-breadboard solution is underway.

Online Interface
We've created an easy to use interface that allows a lab technician to start and stop experiments. You can check the status of an experiment, see how long it has been running and have it automatically quite recording at a given time. Finally, the interface summarizes the results and creates a text file that is readily importable to Excel or any other spread sheet.
